Return Process

Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure the items, such as equipment or unopened coffee bags, are securely packaged in their original condition to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package back to our central roastery using a tracked postal service to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a replacement within 5-7 business days.
