Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is a quality issue or a shipping error, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

What is the best way to store my 200 Degrees coffee?
To maintain maximum freshness, store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as moisture can compromise the flavor profile of the oils.
Are your coffee pods compatible with my machine?
Our home-compostable pods are fully compatible with standard Nespresso 'Original' machines. They are not compatible with Vertuo, Dolce Gusto, or Tassimo systems.
